Double bedroom (4 m by 3.2 m) on first floor with double bed and double size mirrored fitted-wardrobe. Bedroom has a telephone point and TV aerial point. Bathroom with power shower/bath, toilet and basin shared with male housemate. We have central heating and double glazing throughout with a large shared living/dining room with Sky TV (Sky multi-room available for extra supplement). Wireless Broadband is also available. Shared kitchen (cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer). Additional separate downstairs toilet. Rear lawn garden via patio doors. Parking available. Electricity, gas and water included. Council tax is extra (approximately £35 pounds per month). We are very chilled out and enjoy relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.
