Notes: We have the largest bedroom in our 3 bedroom shared house in Datchet available for rent, unfurnished, from 1st March 2008. Situated in Datchet, 10 minutes walk from the village centre and train station, the house has a very large living room and dining room, kitchen, hallway, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, 3 bedrooms, garage and small garden. Housemates are both working professionals, one male (27) and one female (22) who both work hard and play hard! We are looking for someone who is similar who may be new to the area and not just looking for a room in a house, but to share a house with some new friends! Approximate bills are as follows: Rent - £335 per month (payable on the 1st of the month) Council Tax - £60 per month (approx, not payable Feb & Mar) Gas - £100 per quarter (although the house has now benefited from a brand new economy boiler so this may reduce, especially as we come into summer) Electricity - £50 per quarter Water - £100 a year Phone - £4 per month Wireless Inter- £5 per month Sky+ - £15 per month TV Licence - £11 per quarter All of the above averages into a monthly budget of approximately £485 per month, all in. We pay bills as they come in. We also buy things like cleaning products and toilet paper as and when they're required. The house is rented through a letting agent and it is for a minimum 6 month contract, with just one month's notice after this period. Initial outlay for room is: Damage deposit c.£500 (approx - need to check with letting agent) 1st month's rent of £335 Registration & reference costs with letting agent c.£80 (approx) Plenty of room for parking, including a driveway. BBQ in the garden.
