Notes: I'm a 34 year old gay male. I'm very down-to-earth and easy to get along with. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is perfectly located - only 5 minutes walk from Watford Junction Station where you can be in London within 20 minutes by train. There is easy access to the motorways - junction 5 of the M1 is around five minutes drive away and Junction 19 of the M25 around 10 minutes. The apartment is also 5 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, The Harlequin, and the town centre. There is a Tesco Extra and an Asda only a few minutes drive from the apartment and several local stores on the same street. It’s a very modern, fully furnished apartment – only 4 years old. The hall, kitchen and living areas have laminate flooring while the bedrooms are carpeted. The décor is neutral and there’s plenty of natural light entering the flat. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. There’s an open planned kitchen and living area with fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven with hob and a microwave. The living area has a large LCD television with Virgin Media cable television and broadband with wireless access. There’s also an X-Box 360 if you’re into gaming! The apartment powered by electricity – there is no gas coming in. There is private parking at the rear and a permit to park there. There is also a secure place to lock and store a bike or bicycle. The apartment has roof space for additional storage. The bedroom being rented is a good size and comes with a double bed and double wardrobe. You would be sharing with me; I’m not the landlord but have been renting from him for 3 years now. The room has become available because my current flatmate is moving abroad. I’m a very easy-going person who is sociable but I also like my moments of privacy. I’m clean and tidy but not on the obsessive scale! Ideally I’d like to share with someone similar. Rent inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, electricity, Virgin phone, tv and inter– personal calls excluded but all national landline calls are free on weekends, etc.) is £500.00 per calendar month. A deposit of £375.00 plus one month’s £500.00 will be required in advance as well as references. The room will be available from 1 June 2008 but there is the option of moving in a little bit earlier if needed. Would also consider a Monday-Friday rental if required.
