Thatcham town centre is about a 15 minute walk, the railway station is a 5 minute drive, and Newbury town centre is about a 10 minute drive as is the Vodafone HQ (the Vodafone bus also stops at the top of the road!). There is open countryside/woods etc about a 5 minute walk away too. The house benefits from 2 bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs toilet. Living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, Utility room, Garage, and plenty of Parking.
