Notes: Hello to you room seeking Brighton lovers !! We have got a double Bedroom on offer. 8 min on foot from Preston circus and 3 min from Saisnbury's / The Gladstone on Lewes Road. Obviously we are located in Hollingdean where parking is plentiful. The Double Room is the 'Master' Bedroom of this three Bedroom House facing south . Rent will be 400£ per month (including council tax, water, wireless Inter etc.) The terraced House was built in 1948 we bought it last year and have since put in new carpets bathroom (with real water pressure) ,toilet(s) etc. The front Garden is a disaster to be addressed (basically a field...) the back Garden is quiet, equipped with Hammock, Apple tree, bbq, sun lounger, summer shed, bench overlooking Brighton & space for a Bicycle. The lower floor has a good sized living room (wooden floor to come) and fair spaced Kitchen / Dining Room with dish washer (hate those washing up discussions). Inhabitants : We are two professionals 30+ (Female/Male) using one Bedroom each. We both work long hours(sometimes Saturdays). We are chilled, traveled, like cooking , general chit chat and moved to Brighton because we love it (all aspects!). We are both bilingual so occasionally there might be some German thrown in. There is also a fat old cat that hangs around the place with a second one negotiating friendship in the Garden at present. The room can be furnished/unfurnished as you wish-as are friend Martin, who is leaving the room to move in with his girlfriend, will be leaving a few things behind (bed ten months old mattress ditto etc.). How do we want ?
