Notes: Our home is in Christchurch and has recently undergone lots of work. We have a double room to let with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath. There is a separate house shower room with walk-in shower. We are a couple in our 50s/60s very outgoing and friendly. We have 2 small dogs so it is important that our house mate likes dogs. We don't smoke and enjoy the odd drink.The rental is inclusive of all bills accept telephone calls. The room also has its own TV. Double bed and fitted wardrobes. There wil be wi-fi available soon. The kitchen has all the mod cons. There is a large lounge diner and access out to the gardens.
