Notes: I live in a house share of four and we have a spare room. The rent is £247 a month which includes all bills (apart from any calls made from landline - no line rental to pay). We have a lovely spacious house with dishwasher, washing machine etc. A huge kitchen and sky tv. I currently share with 2 girls and one boy between the ages of 27 to 30. We like to sit in during the week and chill out and have the odd night out at weekends. We are within 10 minutes walking distance to Shrewsbury centre and about 10 minutes drive to A5. We are also about 5 mins away from a good bar/club - not too close that you can hear what's going on!! The deposit is £247. PS all bedrooms are double. Kitchen is huge. Nice Garden, good for summer parties.
