Notes: Hello, Im Stew I have 3 bedrooms to rent, 2 doubble size £90 & £80 and one single room £50 per week with single beds, all have been newly decorated and all brand new furnitureseven MORE INFO 1. The Location The House is located in Avery Hill just on the boundary of Greenwich about 5 miles from Blackheath and like Blackheath it is a nice place and quite, but only 30 mins from Central London. It is served well for Public transport such as Buses and Trains, and has a few nice parks near by. 2. Rooms looks out onto a large garden with pond & You could move in if you wanted to as soon as you wished but if you are intrested PLEASE contact me ASAP as I will be soon be advertising the rooms locally..... 3.
