Notes: Im looking for a sensible clean flat mate. My ideal tenant would be someone whom is very relaxed and able to cope with the house on their own during the week. I work away monday to friday everyweek doing my job so the tenant will have plenty freedom to do what they wish as long as the house is looked after. I am about 10 miles from durham city centre. so having your own transportation would be important. The house is on the edge of the village with some countryside views / nice neighbours and a pub 1 minute away. I dont smoke, but smokers are welcome as long as its done at the back door. The rent includes all bills sky, electricity, gas, inter telephone. I also have an open fire in the living room so its never really a cold house. I also have a garden out front and a yard out the back. Im also into a few outdoor sports at weekends, white water kayaking and mountain biking are my favourites
