Notes: A bright large double bedroom is available in our friendly warm newly refurbished house in Hemel Hempstead. With a cosy interior, fresh look and new carpet laid throughout the house we would welcome a clean friendly individual to join our household. The room consists of a brand new double bed, 3 door mirrored wardrobe and a comfy leather chair. There are a few shelves, however if required we would be willing to provide extra storage. The house in general is a semi detached two bedroom house with a large bathroom consisting of a bath & separate shower facility along with other amenities. We have a very large back garden which is great for BBQ's and lazy weekends in the sun and we have also have a general front garden as well. We have a cosy living room with suede comfy sofas and a fairly large kitchen. Lovely house on friendly cul-de-sac with friendly and useful neighbours (gardener, mechanic, builder and others!). Parking is available and also garages which are rentable from the Borough Council if required. The location of the property is extremely convenient: 5 min walk to Tesco's, cinema, bowling and a few bars, 10 min walk to the industrial estate, 2 min walk to bus stop, 3 min drive to M1, 5 min drive to M25 and 15 min walk or 4 min drive to Town centre. We are looking for someone who has a friendly personality and will treat the house with respect as if it was their own. We have a small friendly dog who is is clean and fully house trained. He is bathed every week and is fully vaccinated and treated every month. It is important that the person who moves in genuinely likes dogs. We enjoy meeting new people, going to the cinema, pubs and restaurants. However we also love our nights in and just relaxing with a few beers/wines and have a giggle. We are both smokers but never smoke in the house and would not want our tenant to either.
